Well it's hard to believe but we are fast approaching the end of our season.
And that mark's the start of our planning for the end of year BBQ....
THE 9th ANNUAL
LAX FEST BBQ
Where: Memorial Field
When: Saturday June 4th
Time: 12:30 pm to 5 pm
COST: $25 per Family
The event is Open to All Program Patricipants from Instructional players to Graduating 8th graders and their families.
We will have the plenty of food, drinks and snacks.....
As always we will be having our fund raising raffle with tons of lax gear and prizes for both boys and girls, an autographed football from the New York Giants and lots of Summer Camp prizes.....
What we need from you....please respond to this email and let us know the following:
Your Childs Name, the team he or she plays on, If you will be attending (Yes or No) and how many people will be in attendance from your family so we can plan accordingly with food and beverages.
Each team will have a volunteer parent that will be collecting the $25 fee prior to the event to cover our expenses for the event starting Wednesday May 25th at all practices and or games as we get closer to the end of the season. Preferred method of payment is via check which makes it so much easier for us to track....please make checks out to WT Falcons Lax Association
I am still looking for a few volunteers parents from select teams so if you can help put and collect that would be a huge help.
